Emersion Power Cable Review
With RSA’s Emersion PC powering my 2-channel rig, albums that I’ve been listening to for decades were all more lifelike and emotionally involving. I was hearing micro-details, sonic textures, and layers of sound which I’d not previously known to exist on recordings. Whether the music was Miles Davis, Jimi Hendrix, Patricia Barber, Motörhead, Mahler, Slayer, Chopin, Goatsnake, Rossini, or… sweet Byzantine Jesus… whatever, it didn’t matter. All of it sounded better with the Emersion A/C cord providing juice to my stereo system.

Shockwave and LaNslide Review
Rather than resort to audiophile descriptions of the benefits I will repeat what I told Rick Schultz. “If someone said to me you can have 50K to upgrade or replace anything in your system or keep the Shockwave/Lanslide combo, I would forego the 50K for upgrades.” It simply raises the level of realism.

Aspects of the songs are so much closer to me now – coming towards me in space – unlike anything I have heard before. And new sounds are emerging I have not encountered before in familiar songs. When sounds shift in space I see them, feel pulled along with them, and there is a marked decrease in any “digital” sounds. So many sounds and songs are very physical now. Solid things moving in space around me, not just sound waves. Sounds have taken on form. Some sounds feel like they are making contact with me physically.
